Competitiveness Evaluation and Analysis of Chinese Telecom Enterprises--Set China Mobile & China Telecom as Examples

　　This paper underscores the competitiveness of the two major telecom operators, China Mobile & China Telecom as the research objects.First of all, it focuses on the research based on the system of competitiveness evaluation and then combines the unique characteristics of the telecom companies to establish the evaluation index system of these enterprises.On the basis of the evaluation index system, implementing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of telecom companies, the results of these competitiveness evaluation models are then calculated.And the final conclusion: R & D capability, Marketing capability and Strategic Management capability are the most important factors that determine the telecom enterprises competitiveness, as China Mobiles comprehensive competitiveness is seemingly stronger than China Telecoms.
