Study on the Strategic Synergy Mode of Resource-Based Energy Industry Based on the Supply Chain
In recent years, although the resource-based enterprise has maintained a good momentum of development and while the revenues and profits are ahead of other industry, there are still many deficiencies about the development of its supply chain and the cultivation of strategic essential.Therefore, it is not conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper combines with the current status of enterprise in our country, analyzing the supply chain of energy resource companies and researching the strategic synergy of supply chain while applying the method of synergetic theory, and finally establishes the strategy coordination model.The end of paper puts forward the corresponding optimization path for the model according to the pattern of different optimization point which will make the strategic synergy theory be better used in the field of energy resource enterprises supply chain, and provides a new perspective, new theory and new method for studying the competition and cooperation of node enterprise.It also has some practical significance.
