Reverse Innovation--A New Theory of Innovation
This paper analyzes the increasingly popularized disruptive innovations rising in emerging market and puts forward a scientific problem that this kind of phenomenon shall belong to reverse innovation.On the basis of theoretical research and phenomenon analysis, the author puts forward the definition of reverse innovation, analyzes the causes of reverse innovation and proposes that the reverse innovation is an important channel for companys survival and development in emerging market along with significance analysis for local corporations in emerging market.At last, GE Healthcare and BYD Auto which represents the multinational corporation and local corporation in emerging market in respective are selected for case analysis.The author hopes that through this paper, a further study on reverse innovation can be promoted and can be provided with guiding significance to enterprise practice in emerging market.
