Analysis on the Influence Factors of Technology-Based SMEs Growth

摘要：

　　Using multiple linear regression analysis, this paper reviews the relationship between technology-based SMEs performance and investment intensity, including R & D, sales, and human capital.We have found that there are obvious negative relationship between enterprise growth and R&D investment this year, and positive relationship between R & D investment last year and sales investment.The correlation is not obvious of the role of human capital investment and R & D personnel input.
