Supply Chain Strategy Synergy Factor Research Based on the Typical Resource-Based Industry

　　As competition intensifying, the competition among enterprises has been more and more represented as that in the supply chain, especially in the resource-based industry.Due to the particularity of resource-based industry especially typical resource-based industry, competition in the supply chain has biggish difference between resource-based industry and the others.Resource-based enterprises need to improve the comprehensive competition capability of enterprise and the relevant cooperative ones in the chain through strategic collaboration in the supply chain.Different strategic synergy elements directly affect the synergy effect in the supply chain and enterprise performance.This essay extracts the key elements affecting strategic synergy through carrying out empirical research to the typical resource-based enterprises, so as to achieve the strategy synergy and performance in the resource-based industry supply chain.
