The Impacts of Host Countrys Institutional Pressures on Firms International Innovation Performance: A Case Study of Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd.

　　Based on a case study of Huawei, a fast growing Chinese telecommunications equipment manufacturer, the paper focuses on host countrys institutional pressures and explores their impacts on firms actions, and relevant outcomes in terms of firms international innovation performance.The paper argues that Institutional Pressures Response Ability (IPRA) is critical for an MNCs success in international markets.A conceptual model is proposed and further research suggestions have been proposed.
