Empirical Study of the Impact of Work Demand on the New Generation Employees Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention

  Based on a survey data of 485 new generation employees, the paper analyzes the relationship between work demand and job satisfaction and turnover intention.The moderating effect of elder support is discussed as well.The results are as follows: (1) for the new generation employees, work demand has a negative effect on job satisfaction and a positive effect on turnover intention;(2) work demand affects turnover intention through a mediator of job satisfaction;(3) elder support doesnt plays a significant moderating effect between work demand and job satisfaction.
