Human Resource Management in SMEs on Western China and the Way Out
Based on a survey of 15 SMEs in Western China, this paper tries to figure out the weaknesses which existed in SMEs in Western China, and tries to find the reasons which leads to the weakness.And try to construct a model to combine the action of government, market, agency and law to improve the management capability of SMEs in Western China.
