Research on the Relationship between Employees Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention in Chinese Private Enterprises: Based on Analysis of Differences in Demographic Variables
Using a survey data from China (N=559), this article discusses the relationship between employees Organizational Commitment (OC) and Turnover Intention (TI) in Chinese Private Enterprises based on analysis of differences in demographic variables.The results show: the demographic variables such as age, education, marital status and personal position significantly correlate employees OC and TI except for gender.Employees OC and its five dimensions are significantly negative correlated with TI.Therefore employees OC is the accurate predictor of TI.According to this empirical research, some suggestions have been put forward to human resources management (HRM) in Chinese enterprises.
