An Empirical Study about the Organizational Learning Capability and Dual Innovation
In this empirical study, we use 782 Chinese enterprises sample data to find the relationship between organizational learning and dual innovation.The results showed that: the two aspects of organizational learning capability (the ability to find and select opportunities, access and ability to share knowledge) have a significant positive effecton the two aspects of dual innovation (exploratory innovation, exploitiveinnovation) Finally, this paper also discusses the theoretical contributions and practical significance, limitations and future research directions.
