Study on Technological Innovation Efficiency Evaluation of Traditional Mineral Resources Industry Based on the DEA Method

　　This paper aims to evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of traditional mineral resources industry.In order to get this aim, this paper builds a brief technological innovation efficiency evaluation index system of coal mining industry.Then it constructs an evaluation model of technological innovation efficiency based on data envelopment analysis method.Lastly the paper takes 23 listed companies of coal mining industry as an example to conduct an empirical research through the DEA model and indicator system of evaluation.The result shows that the coal mining industrys scale efficiency is good, but technological innovation efficiency is low.And the conclusion: continue to invest in traditional mineral resources industry is worthy.
