Study on the Mechanism between MBTI Personality Types and Job Matching

  MBTI is a self-report scale that based on Carl Jungs theory of psychological types, constructed by Katherine Briggs and Isabel Myers.It includes four dimensions, and each dimension has two poles, extroversion and introversion, sensing and intuition, thinking and feeling, together with judging and perceiving.Through a reflection on previous researches, this study combines the MBTI personality types and Predigers dual dimensional model-data/ideas and things/people, to analyze the mechanism between MBTI personality types and job matching,then construct the position map, and eventually build up a theoretical model, with job matching as the mediator, job satisfaction and job performance as outcome variables.
