　　Technology Business Incubator is scientific and technological achievements, high-tech industrial development of innovative talents cultivation and an important carrier and platform, but generally faced incubating companies to continuously improve the quality of service requirements, the relative lack of Incubators and secondary issues such as entrepreneurship.In this paper, a new perspective of life cycle theory, building technology business incubators new business models and development paths, and promote the development of science and technology business incubator model innovation.
