Resources-Based Analysis of Corporate Soft Power Mechanism
Market competition has become much fierce under the background of globalization and marketization.We should consider not only how to make an enterprise bigger, but it is even more important to make it stronger.At present, there are a lot of corporatebusinessesin China that have entered the world top 500 in Fortune with the standard of turnover.They only win in the scale, but it is far from enough for longevity.Making enterprises bigger relies on hard power, while making them stronger depends on soft power.In consideration of that, this paper describes the definition, characteristics of corporate soft power, its relationship with corporate culture,softpower of corporate culture and enterprise competitiveness from the perspective of stakeholders to discuss the connotation of corporate soft power.Then, it analyzes the formation mechanism and action process of the corporate soft power based on the corporates internal and external resources.
