The Influence of Grass-roots Employees Interpersonal Relationship to Job Satisfaction in Middle and Small-sized Enterprises: The Moderator Role of Personality Traits
In order to explore the correlation of grass-roots employees interpersonal relationship to job satisfaction, this article uses the self-designed model with grass-roots employees interpersonal relationship as independent variable, job satisfaction as dependent variable and personalitytraits as moderating variable, applies hierarchical regression analysis(HRA) based on questionnaire statistical data, gets the following main conclusions: (1) both employees relationship with leaders and employees relationship with colleagues have significant positive impact on job satisfaction;(2) only neuroticism in the Big five personality has a significant positive moderate effect on the influence of relationship with leadershipto job satisfaction.(3)the effects of employees gender, age, educational level and lengthofservice on job satisfaction are not significant.
