Incentive Mechanism of Knowledge Management in the Agricultural Supply Chain

　　This paper analyzes incentives mechanism of knowledge management in the agricultural supply chain.The price of agricultural product is based on its quality, including the quality of production process and the logistics transportation.All of those need knowledge management.The conclusion shows that the agent pays his effort for knowledge management based on his incentive intensities.
