Mergers and Acquisitions or Alliance?--A study on China Liquor Industry

  It proposes an heuristic framework which analyzes industry factors influencing companys M & A or alliance decision, and applies the framework on China liquor industry, the result shows: M & A and alliances are suitable expansion behaviors for China liquor industry, the cases studies about Yanghe Group and Shuanggou Group M & A and Langjiu Groups Alliance support the conclusions.
