A Review of Researches on the Bidirectional Work-family Positive Spillover

摘要：

　　The bidirectional work-family positive spillover contains the original concept as well as the extension and development concepts of work-family positive spillover, including work-family enrichment, facilitation and integration.On the basis of the Border Theory and Ecological Systems Theory, mainly surrounding the role theory, from the role conflict to role accumulation as well as from role segmentation to role integration, this paper discusses the antecedents, consequences and moderators of the bidirectional work-family positive spillover.Finally, it discusses the trends of the future research.
