A Study on the Development and Risk Characteristic of Chinas Shadow Banking

摘要：

　　This article studies the composition, size and causes of Chinas shadow banking,compares the similarities and differences in participants, financial instruments, credit expansion mechanism and the risk characteristics of China-US shadow banking.It can not only help us get deeper understanding of the nature and characteristics of Chinas shadow banking, but also make a great sense for reflecting financial crisis, preventing systemic risks, exploring financial innovation and strengthening financial supervision on Chinas shadow banking.
