Property Rights Model of Barzel and Its Application in the Development of Village Tourism in Minority Area: A Case Study on Taoping Qiang Village in Li County

　　School of property believes that different property system arrangement inevitably leads to different economic behavior and performance of resource allocation.Based on Barzels Porperty Rights Model, this article takes Taoping Qiang Ethnic Village in Li County of Sichuan Province as a typical case.In order to provide theoretical reference for the sustainable development of cultural tourism resource of ethnic minority, aims to reveal the root cause of the phenomenon;mutual distrust and infringement emerge among stakeholders during the allocation of property of tourism resources in ethnic village from the property system level.
