Intelligent Transportation Mode Research Based on User Root of Mobile Operator

　　Intelligent transportation is the developing direction of transportation planning, management, intelligent transportation development at home and abroad proves that intelligent transportation plays an important role, but the current intelligent transportation faces maintenance investment is high, long implementation cycle.In the mobile operator transformation development, abroad began to study theoretically the use of mobile operators user behavior in solving the problems of continued development in intelligent transportation, China mobile has high user accounts for the ratio and the data processing experience, China mobile in the theoretical research and practice of Shanghai, Tianjin and other places of the field of intelligent transportation has obtained the good actual effect, method for the continuous promotion of accumulated rich experience.
