A color temperature tunable WW/CW LEDs cluster with extrahigh color rendering and high luminous efficacy

摘要：

　　The color temperature tunable warm-white/cool-white(WW/CW)LED cluster with extrahigh color rendering index(CRI)and high luminous efficacy of radiation(LER)has been obtained by simulation.The results show that the WW/CW LED cluster could realize correlated color temperature tunable white-lights with CRIs above 95,special CRIs of R9 above 81,and LERs above 310lm/W at CCTs of 2700K to 6500K.
