Design and fabrication of an InP-based arrayed waveguide grating
A 8-channel,200 GHz channel spacing InP arrayed waveguide grating was designed and simulated by 2D FD-BPM method.The device shows the insertion loss is about-8 dB,and the crosstalk is below-16 dB.
