Heterogeneous Ⅲ-Ⅴ/silicon photonic integrated circuits
In this paper we review our work in the field of Ⅲ-Ⅴ/silicon photonic integrated circuits operating in the communication wavelength window.Heterogeneously integrated lasers on silicon waveguide circuits using adhesive and molecular bonding are described.
