Laser-Linewidth-Tolerant and Low-Complexity Two-Stage Carrier Phase Estimation for M-QAM with Coherent Detection

　　In this paper,we propose a novel two-stage carrier phase estimation(CPE)algorithm for M-QAM.As compared to the BPS algorithm,the complexity of the novel algorithm can be reduced by factor of about 3.
