　　The family business is not only an economic category, also a socio-cultural context.Only from the perspective of the family business culture, we can truly understand the nature of the family business.In different growth stages of family business evolution, the role which the family enterprise culture on family enterprise is big difference, which also makes the process of growing the family business presents different characteristics.Along with the changes from family enterprise system to a modem enterprise system, the family business culture will also be innovative.
