Discussion on Human Resource Management of Enterprises in Western China

摘要：

　　Enterprise human resources are the most basic and important social production resources.Todays economic development is rapid, talents factor becomes the key factor of western region development strategy more and more, it play a more and more decisive role in economic growth.Human resources management and development of enterprises has become the core resource management,human resource of western enterprises of our country are abundant, but the human resources management and development of enterprises are facing problems, restricting the westerns development seriously, delaying the western economic development.The article will explore the management and development of human resources in the western enterprises of our country from the current situation of human resource in western enterprises, the problems the western area existing in the management, give the advice for its development and management.
