Research on Regional Ecological Economic Policy System

摘要：

　　In this paper, Based on public goods and externalities analysis, reveals the theoretical foundation of regional ecological economic policy, propose basic concepts and classification methods of regional ecological economic policy.Based on these findings, from the policy objectives, policy instruments and policy effects evaluation of three aspects, research the content of regional ecological economic policy system;and from the area, industry, finance, taxation, pricing and other aspects discussed specific measure of regional ecological economic policy.
