Study of Evolution and Interaction Between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure of Henan Province

摘要：

　　The structure of employment of Henan province is developing toward rational direction with the change of the industrial structure of Henan Province, from the overall trend.But the unsuitability is still very serious between the industrial structure and the employment structure.Therefore, three strategies should be adopted to improve the suitability.Firstly, the development of the tertiary industry should be accelerated.Secondly, the vocational education and training for the labor force should be improved.Thirdly, the construction of the social security system should be accelerated.
