The Researches on Sales Strategies of Nanchang Tontru Real Estate

摘要：

　　Nanchang Tontru Foundation real estate development Co (below abbreviation NTF) is a private enterprise, which is professional engaged in real estate development, operating and property management.As an emerging real estate industry, NTF appears some problems to be solved in the sales management pattern.This study starts from the analysis of the current situation of the company.Then,pointing out the problems of the company about the sales channels and sales management mode in the marketing process.Finally, put forward some countermeasures for the status quo and problems according to the above conclusion.
