A Survey and Analysis of Service Satisfaction on the Exhibitor Resources Which Affect the Shanghai World Expo

  Based on the factual result of satisfaction survey about the Shanghai World Expo, we did the quantitative analysis of 14 service quality index of main evaluation, in order to objectively and systematically evaluate the quality of service in Shanghai World Expo as well as spectator satisfaction.With the increase of subject consciousness, viewers requested to improve the service quality, efficiency and ability of the World Expo.They were looking forward to better service.Therefore, evaluation from the perspective of viewers is more persuasive.
