A Study on Employee Relationship Management Strategy from the Perspective of Enterprise Labor Dispute Governance
The labor dispute governance includes labor dispute prevention and labor dispute settlement, covering the concerns about and intervention in the whole process before and after a dispute occurs.The employee relationship management strategy from the perspective of labor dispute governance follows the principle of establishing an enterprise labor dispute governance system dominated by pre-event prevention and supported by in-the-event control and post-event remedy and proper treatment.Specifically, it includes the strategy for labor dispute in the bud, labor dispute settlement and the strategy after the settlement, daily strategy aiming at resolving the potential disputes, core strategy of establishing the long-term labor dispute governance mechanism and peripheral strategy of wider employee relationship management.
