Embarkation and Launch/Recovery Technologies of ROV
ROV is one of the important equipments for human to explore underwater world.The way to launch and recovery ROV have a big influence to its work capacity and work range.This paper summarized the common ways to launch and recovery ROV by single cable, double cables or TMS.But all of these launch/recovery technologies will be influenced by severe weather, so dry embarkation and launch/recovery technology was proposed and introduced.
