Wind measurement based on time delay estimation
Wind power is an important new energy widely attention and application of wind power generation system,wind velocity is an important parameter for other parameters,it provides important basis.How to quickly and accurately determine wind speed wind power field is a research topic.In view of the current method for the determination of confined to the deficiency,based on signal processing in time delay estimation technique,put forward a new measuring method of time delay estimation method--Determination of wind speed.Theoretical analysis and computer simulation results show that the proposed method has better,application prospect.
