Study on the poly-generation and cleaner production system for activated coke from lignite
Activated coke(ACK)is an efficient adsorbent for flue gas cleaning of coal-fired power plants and waste incinerating plants,in which the adsorbers have to operate continuously under very high flow of flue gas with low concentrations of pollutants,but its applications are limited because of the high price and the high pollutants emission in its production process.To solve these problems,a new process flow of ACK production was proposed and implemented,and based on the ecological industry theory a scheme of poly-generation and cleaner production system of ACK from lignite has been designed by the aid of Aspen Plus chemical industry simulation software.
