Embed thermosyphons and/or heat pipes (TS/HPs) within appropriate phase changematerials (PCMs) to significantly reduce thermalresistances within the thermal energy storageunit of large-scale concentrating solar powerplant.Latent energy storage can reduce capital cost dueto high energy density relative to sensible energystorage.Reduce △Tmay increase Rankine cycle efficiency.
