RESEARCH ON THERMAL CONTACT RESISTANCE IN THE COOLING MECHANISM OF LEADING THERMAL PROTECTION

  In this paper, the thermal contact resistance theory and prediction have been studied.Further, the effects of thermal contact resistance coefficient on temperature, temperature difference and heat flux at two solid material interfaces (the heat pipe and the thermal protection material) have been performed.The results show that while the thermal contact conductivity increases, the surface temperature decreases and the thermal resistance heat flux increases.
