THE SELF-DIFFUSION MODEL OF SUPERCRITICAL FLUID

  The self-diffusion model of supercritical fluids is simulated by constant volume-temperature molecular dynamics.The range of reduced volume is from 1.0607 to 1.95, and the reduced temperature is from 1.0 to 10.0 in the simulation.A modified activated state model for self-diffusion coefficient is proposed in the present work based on the kinetic theory, and its availability is proved by the MD data.By the best fitting of the model with the simulated data, the final expression is obtained.Compared the model results with the Zabaloy model for fluid at high pressure range, the absolute deviation is less than 10%.
