Permittivity Determination of Multi-sectional Diaphragm with Metamaterial Layers in Rectangular Waveguide

　　In this paper we consider the inverse problem of the permittivity determination of a multi-sectional diaphragm with metamaterial layers.Based on the developed recursive method of the solution to the inverse problem we perform a detailed analysis for a three-sectional diaphragm.
