　　The propagation of transverse-electric(TE)and transverse-magnetic(TM)electro-magnetic waves in the waveguide of arbitrary cross section with anisotropic magneto dielectric plate is considered.With help of received generalized Fresnels formulas the power reflection and transmission coefficient for the plate are obtained.The dependence of these coefficients on thickness of the plate at various values of the parameters describing the parametric interaction of TE and TM waves with anisotropic and magneto dielectric plate in the waveguide is found.
