Design and Implementation of Low Phase Noise Oscillator Based on Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator

  A novel low phase noise oscillator with film bulk acoustic resonator(FBAR)technology is presented.The longitudinal mode FBAR and shear mode FBAR are fabricated.The High Q FBAR also obtained from cutting AVAGOs FBAR produce.The Clapp oscillator based on FBAR at 1881MHz is designed with PMBVD model and fabricated on printed circuit board.The testing results show that the output power of this FBAR oscillator is -3.5dBm,while the phase noise is -130dBc/Hz at 1MHz.
