Focusing on the Moiré Effect

　　The moiré effect usually is not considered a fundamental topic of theories of radiation,even though it is quite commonly observed.It concurs to the characterization of images obtained by catadioptric systems,but escapes geometrical optics constructions.For the purpose of imaging in other frequency ranges,it could be worth to recognize it.
