Uncertainty in Waveguide Vector Network Analyzer Measurements in the Frequency Range of D-band(110GHz to 170 GHz)
We have evaluated the measurement uncertainty for rectangular waveguide Vector Network Analyzer(VNA)measurements in the frequency range of D-band,110GHz-170GHz.We developed a new waveguide flange design for precise connections and dimensional measurements to establish traceability to the SI for standard line as a calibration standard in VNA measurements.As the result of evaluation for VNA and its standard,we estimated VNA measurement uncertainty in the D-band.
