Public Opinions Guidance and Sci-tech Information Communication for Public Emergencies

摘要：

　　Public opinion guidance plays a great impelling role on reacting and dealing with the emergencies.Based on the analysis of public opinion characteristics on public emergencies as well as the opinions guidance of sic-tech information, the way how to deal with the sci-tech information communication guided by public opinion will be discussed in this paper; the scientific content directly involved with the communication of security and health will be provided; the sci-tech information related with the development of public emergencies and coping strategy from government will be communicated so as to form an overall information stream during crisis communication.The sci-tech information around the matters produced by public emergencies and the interesting hot topic of public will be disseminated.There are different developing stages and highlighting parts for the whole phrase of sic-tech information communication.
