Innovation: Why Smart Stragegies Are Neither Necessarily Competitive Nor Intelligent?

In the race to future prosperity, nothing sounds more helpful than talented human capital.Companies and territories that can attract and retain the highest skilled talents-from scientists to skilled production workers-will come out on top.Competitive Intelligence proves to be the main ingredient for paving the way to Innovation Strategies and achieving such a target. However, the idea of divisibility of R&D and manufacturing didnt stop prevailing in the western countries as a main concern.Central and local governments try harder to develop sophisticated and smart policies for shortening the link between research and access to markets, but unfortunately forget or neglect to support a constructive manufacturing and industrial process in view to create wealth and jobs. Those so-called Smart Strategies and other campaigns and programmes of alleged Competitive Intelligence are not necessarily the most appropriate way to do so.
