Study on Motivation Mechanism for Technological Innovation of Chinese Information Service Enterprises

　　The motivation mechanism for technological innovation is a core issue for the establishment and development of Chinese information service enterprises.Motivation mechanism for technological innovation of information service enterprises means the sum of interactive relationships between the constant internal requirements of re-organizing the production elements and realizing technological innovation and the external requirements of adapting to the changes of external environment in the operation.On the basis of analyzing the connotation and elements of motivation mechanism for technological innovation of Chinese information service enterprises, the paper discusses on the basic features of the motivation mechanism for technological innovation of Chinese information service enterprises, structures the motivation mechanism model of motivation mechanism for technological innovation of information service enterprises in compliance with the conditions in China and proposes the countermeasures and steps for improving the motivation mechanism for technological innovation of Chinese information service enterprises.
