Promotion of Core Competence of Library Based on Characteristic Digital Resources Construction

摘要：

　　This article analyzes the relations of core competence of library and characteristic digital resources that begins from their meaning, discusses the process of promoting the core competence of library based on the characteristic digital resources construction, and points out that the positioning and discovering the comparative superiority, talent construction and tacit knowledge explication, characteristic digital resources spread and developing the characteristic service are the key to promote the core competence of library form the perspective of construction and using characteristic digital resources.
