Analysis of Requirement of Competitive Technical Intelligence Based on S&T Novelty Search --Based on Beijing Science and Technology Information Institute

　　This paper Analyzed the effect of S&T Novelty Search on S&T innovation,hackled characteristic of S&T Novelty Search and competitive technical intelligence.Taking S&T Novelty Search work of Beijing Science and Technology Information Institute as an example, from aspects of novelty search project entrustment organizations, purposes of novelty search reports, subject coverage of the projects, this paper analyzed the requirement of competitive technical intelligence service,introduced measurement and characteristic of competitive technical intelligence service,discussed advantages and deficiency of competitive technical intelligence service in S&T Novelty Search.suggestions are also provided on improving the service capacity of S&T Novelty Search in order to offer better services for S&T innovation.
