Research on Application of Competitive Technology Intelligence in the Process of Enterprises Management Technology

摘要：

　　Management of Technology (MOT) means taking advantage of technology flexibly.The process of technology management includes strategic analysis, technology options, technology acquisition, technology transfer, etc.And all of these cant do without Competitive Technical Intelligence (CTI).This paper analyzes the importance of application CTI in MOT, and depicts the application of several methods, and offers some proposals.
