The Input-output Efficiency Evaluation of Public Scientific Institutes in Beijing Based on DEA Method

摘要：

　　This article gives an input-output efficiency evaluation of 10 public scientific institutes in Beijing with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method through constructing the input-output efficiency evaluation index system.Then the paper detailed analyses the input and output efficiency of the science and technology financial resources in various scientific research institutes.Finally several policies suggestions of developing industrial clusters are proposed.
